As Night Owl is a supplement, we can not accept returns and all sales are final, unless the product is defective. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@nightowlelectrolytes.com

Shipping

Night Owl ships to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Products can be shipped anywhere that has a physical address and can receive packages via UPS/USPS. 

Processing Time

We process orders on weekdays, and there is a 1-2 business day process time for each order. While we strive to process an order within 2 business days, we are not responsible for any delays due to carriers, holidays, etc.

Up to four 12-packs (4-6 Business Days): $3.99

Four 12-packs or more (4-6 Business Days): Free*

*Purchases during sale periods do not receive discounted shipping. Shipping for sale periods:

1-3 Packs: $3.99

3-6 Packs $4.99

6-8 Packs: $5.99

8-10 Packs: $6.99

10+ Packs: $7.99

Once an order has been processed, the shipping method cannot be changed. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Tracking Updates

During busier seasons, carriers may take longer to update the tracking status of a package. If a package has shipped and the tracking status does not update within 3 business days, please contact us for an update on your order.

If a package shows tracking updates but has stalled at a processing location, please contact the carrier for additional information — they would be able to provide the most current information on your order.
